Connect your Whereby account to offer video job interviews to your candidates directly through Beetween.
You can connect the platform of your choice to conduct video interviews with your candidates. Let's see how it's done with Whereby.
Create a Whereby account
First, visit the Whereby website. Enter your name and email address and click on Sign up. Whereby offers 3 types of subscription: Business, Pro or Free. If you're the only Beetween user in your company to use video job interviews, the free subscription will suffice. However, if you have several recruiters, it's best to subscribe to a paid account, or to several free accounts. As the free account only offers a single room, 2 recruiters will not be able to carry out video recruitment simultaneously in the same room.
Once you've created your account, name your room. We advise you to use a simple but descriptive name, for example, "entretien-beetween". Once you've chosen a name, click on Create my room.
All that's left is to notify our technical support team that your Whereby account has been set up, so that we can connect it to your Beetween recruitment software. Remember to tell us the name of the platform (here Whereby) and the name of your room (here "entretien-beetween").
If you have chosen to create a paid Whereby account to associate a room with each recruiter who has a Beetween license, please specify for whom each room is intended, using the template below:

Send an invitation to a video interview
Once the Beetween support team has set up your account, you can easily send out invitations and conduct live video interviews. By going to the candidate file, in the Interview tab, you can send your invitation by email to the candidate. You can also use an email template to save time.
Video interviewing with Whereby, even with a free subscription, lets you communicate via videoconference, share your screen and chat in addition.
Send an invitation to a group video interview to several candidates
Go to the recruitment stage where the relevant candidates are located, or simply to the CV library. Select candidates and click on Interview in the light blue menu at the top of the page.
