Tags: key information for greater efficiency.
What are tags?
Tags are key information linked to the candidate. They give you easy access to the most important information, such as the position you're looking for, date of birth, city, skills...
They are quickly visible in the profile list.
💡Tip:
The tags visible above can be set to show only the TAG X , Y and Z by default in this display so that only the essential information is shown at first glance.
You can see the full list of tags in the Applicant Page & Tags. This gives you an overview of all your tags by tab.
What are tags for in Beetween?
While tags can be used to highlight key information, they also make it easier to manage your recruitment activities. It is possible to filter the CV library according to one or more tags.
Tags can also be used for data analysis, either by exporting candidate data from the Cvthèque or directly in your statistics.
How to set tags
Administrator licenses can manage tags in Settings & Advanced tag management.
Tabs can be managed, i.e. renamed, added or deleted. Tags can be managed for each tab.
For each tag, you must give it a label, a type and the maximum number of possible values. If the tag is a drop-down list, the available values must also be entered.
The tag identifier is generated automatically, but you can modify it in advanced mode.
💡 Tip:
You can change the order of tabs and tags with drag & drop
Tag types
In order to build your tags as effectively as possible, let's take a look at the possible tag types.
- Long text: No text limit
- Simple text: One or two sentences.
- Date: A calendar will appear to select the date (Do not use if you need a year only -& Number field).
- Location: An address must be entered and selected from the list.
- Number: Only a number can be entered
- Drop-down list : A drop-down list will be proposed.
How tags are filled in
Tags can be filled in manually or automatically.
Manually, a tag can be filled in directly in the candidate's file or in the list of profiles by the recruiter/manager. In addition, it is possible to fill in a tag in the "ad tags" section, so that this tag is automatically filled in when a candidate is added to the recruitment process.
When you have the Beetween parsing solution, the associated tags fill in automatically.
Finally, when you send a questionnaire to a candidate and the response is of the tag type, the answers will automatically fill in the associated tags.
Example:
1. I'd like to create a Candidate Questionnaire tab to collect the tags I'll use for my questionnaires.
2. I want to create a drop-down list tag.
There are 3 ways to do this
- Create the values one by one, as shown in the screenshot below: press the "Enter" key to validate the "Enter a label (*)" field.
- Create insert values in value format and line break
- Import a csv file with values
In advanced mode, you can associate a different value to the label
