How to use the job board suggestion engine

We've set up a job board suggestion engine to optimize your recruitment. Let's take a look at how it works.

As part of our policy of continuous optimization of your recruitment processes, we have set up a job board suggestion engine for the publication of your advertisements. Let's take a look at how it works.

Suggested job boards

When publishing an ad, there are several steps to follow. The final step is to select the job boards on which you want your ad to appear.
With the suggestion engine, a reserved space appears at the top of the list of available Beetween broadcast sites. By default, your favorites are added to this section. Only these are pre-selected (dark grey frame and red tick in top left corner).

The job boards we select take into account the type of offers you post.

Suggestion engine restrictions

Only job boards that did not encounter any technical errors during the last broadcast will be considered for suggestions.

Suggested free job boards, if relevant, are included in the following list:

  • Beetween job boards: Beetween, Facebook Beetween and Twitter Beetween
  • Meta job search engines: Indeed, Neuvoo, Jooble, Trovit and Joboolo
  • Your career site if you have one connected to Beetween

Additional cumulative conditions apply in the case of paid job boards:

  • The ad has already been published on this jobboard within the last 30 days.
  • The jobboard is saved as a favorite
  • You have enough credits/spaces on this job board (for customers subscribing to a credits/spaces package - Editor's note: the job board will not be selected if you have few credits available (less than 3 credits).
