It is now possible to activate automatic duplicate merging: this feature is not activated by default:
When a candidate arrives in Beetween, if a duplicate is detected, the candidate is automatically merged if the option is activated.
It is also possible to set the parameters so that the candidate is only retained in one recruitment following the merger.
[04/06/2019] Generate a PDF when answering the candidate questionnaire:
Evolution of candidate questionnaires: Beetween automatically generates a PDF when the candidate has responded.
This PDF will then appear in the documents of your candidate file. (Just like the PDFs generated for manager questionnaires). If desired, it can be sent automatically by email to the owner of the recruitment file, and can also be customized according to your corporate identity.

You can now see a preview of your candidate questionnaire when you link it to a recruitment file: go to recruitment &, "Questionnaire" tab.
If recorded in the recruitment file, the questionnaire will be sent with the acknowledgement of receipt of application.

A new orange dot now appears in your recruitment ads.
It indicates that the ad has expired, and that you need to republish it if you want it to be extended.

There's a new way to import your CVs onto the Beetween platform.
Simply go to a stage of your recruitment, left-click on the selected CV, drag it to Beetween, then a window will open and all you have to do is drop it there.

To enable you to best comply with the CNIL's advice on RGPD, Beetween now lets you display the "last activity date" for each candidate record.
[07/01/2019] Manage your job board credits and locations from Beetween :
Your Beetween account administrators will now be able to enter the number of credits/employments purchased on each paid jobboard, then dispatch them between agencies and recruiters. Users will be able to see how many jobs they can still post on each paid job board.
The number of remaining credits/spaces will be updated each time the program is broadcast.

Now you can see in your statistics the rate of accepted and rejected job offers!
Candidates may have turned down job offers from you over the past year. To find out why, Beetween's advanced statistics now let you know the number of rejected offers (vs. the number of hires) and the reasons for these rejections. Thanks to a recent partnership between Beetween and Clever Connect, it is now possible to activate their advanced HR Match parsing technology for automatic analysis of all your applications.
