Administrator users can modify all SMS and email templates for their collaborators, including locked ones.

The quick search, accessible via the 🔍 header, is now displayed as a pop-up window. You can always search by first name, last name, phone number or email address.

[02/12/2022] Permanent deletion of recruitment files
You can permanently delete a recruitment file. Only files without candidates can be deleted.
This means that candidates must first be moved before a folder can be deleted.

You can now manage your own questionnaires in Settings & My questionnaires.
You can quickly create questionnaires, whether in a manager's forward or in a candidate's mailbox. You can also preview the questionnaire.

New notifications are available:
- When reapplying for one or more specific stages
- When no action relating to a candidate has occurred for some time.
These notifications are added to the following list:
- When you are mentioned in a candidate's history
- Notified when an offer is rejected on a job board
- When a candidate responds by SMS (Orange)
To activate or deactivate your notifications go to Settings & Notifications

The recruitment table gets a makeover. This version offers greater flexibility and simplified filter use.

Do you have an Orange contract to send SMS via API? Beetween can interface with your Orange mailing service so you can send SMS messages to your candidates. If you don't have a contract, Beetween also offers another solution for sending SMS via the OVH sending service.
