Archive a recruitment

How do you archive, retrieve and restore recruitment data, and what impact does this have on published job offers?

Have you found your ideal candidate yet, or has your recruitment simply run its course? Then it's time to archive your recruitment, so you can get a clearer picture. First, let's take a look at the essential information to bear in mind before archiving a recruitment.

How to archive a recruitment?

In Beetween, there are two ways to archive a recruitment:

  1. From the "Recruitments" tab; select one or more recruitments and click on "Archive",

  2. From a recruitment folder; by clicking on the three dots to the right of the recruitment name, and selecting "Archive".

💡 What's the difference between "Archiving" and "Deleting" a recruitment?

By archiving a recruitment, you retain the data linked to it. This recruitment will therefore always be taken into account in your statistics, and you will always be able to access it. This action is reversible.

By deleting a recruitment, you erase all related data. This recruitment will no longer be taken into account in your statistics, and you will no longer be able to access it. This action is irreversible.

How to find an archived recruitment?

When you archive a recruitment, it disappears from your recruitment table. To retrieve it, you need to tick the "Archived" box in the list of statuses in the different table filters (funnel icon top left).

How to restore a recruitment?

Would you like to reopen a past recruitment without having to re-enter information about it, or simply retrieve an inadvertently archived recruitment? Nothing could be simpler: there are two ways to do this in Beetween:

  1. From the "Recruitments" tab; with the "Archived" filter activated, select the recruitment(s) you wish to reopen, and click on "Restore",

  2. From an archived recruitment folder, click on the three dots to the right of the recruitment name, and choose "Restore".

When you restore a recruitment, it reappears in your recruitment table with the same information as before it was archived.

📌 What impact does archiving a recruitment have on the advertisements it contains?

When you archive a recruitment, the job offers published in it are automatically unpublished. This unpublishing takes place approximately 2 hours after the recruitment has been archived. If you restore a recruitment, you will need to republish the advertisements it contained.
