Indeed quality rules

Improve the visibility of your organic offers on Indeed by respecting the publication conditions.

The conditions for publishing in organic visibility are now changing at Indeed.

The quality of the drafting of the offer will be taken into account, and the offer will be assigned a level of visibility.

You can now read our article on best practices for writing job offers .

To ensure organic visibility, your offer must meet a number of criteria set by Indeed. Otherwise, your offer will have to be sponsored to be visible. It can also be totally rejected by Indeed if no criteria are met.

⚠ Important: In organic mode, if your offer is not visible online, Beetween does not have the information to explain Indeed's refusal of the offer. Please contact your Indeed contact first.

Offer titles

The job title only needs to include the job title and the word M/F, which is now mandatory. Ex : Production manager

Any other mention in the title, such as contract, percentage, location or urgency, will detract from the organic visibility of your offer.

👉 So you'll have to sponsor it to see it appear on Indeed.

However, in the case of an internship offer, the words Internship or Trainee must appear in the title of the offer. The same applies to freelance contracts.

🚩 Excessive use of emojis and symbols will make your offer less visible.

Offer description

Your offers must include clear information such as :

  • Company description
  • Pay transparency
  • Working hours
  • Benefits
  • Experience required
  • Mission statement

Excessive use of capital letters, abbreviations and punctuation such as "..." will lower the quality index of your offer.

Salary

As European Union legislation evolves in this direction, the posting of wages is strongly recommended until such time as it becomes compulsory.

66% of job seekers consider salary to be the most important factor when applying for a vacancy.

On Indeed, jobs with a salary currently receive 20% more applications.

If the salaries you enter are below the legal minimum, Indeed will not post your job.

If you're republishing an old offer registered in Beetween, be sure to correct the salary if necessary.
