Beetween lets you list tasks to be carried out for yourself or one of your colleagues.
Present in the header, Dashboard and candidate files, the Tasks function lets you schedule tasks for you and your colleagues.
Create a spot
The header
You can create a task from the header's 📅 button.
The dashboard
You can also create a task by clicking on the Create button on the dashboard page.
By modifying the user to be assigned, you can assign a task to a collaborator. The user concerned will then have this task added to his to-do list.
A candidate file
It is also possible to create a task linked to a candidate. To do this, go to the relevant profile and create a task.
View my tasks
The header
A colored dot is present on the header 📅 when you have a task scheduled. With a single click, you can view and validate pending tasks.
When a task is validated, it is crossed out but remains visible.
You can modify the tasks displayed according to their type:
- My tasks
- Tasks I've assigned
- All tasks
You can also filter the period:
- The day's tasks
- Tasks for the week
- All tasks.
When a task is assigned to one of your collaborators, a sticker with his or her initials allows you to distinguish him or her.
In addition, when a task is associated with a recruitment or/and a candidate, the corresponding links provide access to these pages.
The dashboard
On the dashboard page, you can view the list of tasks and validate them. The calendar lets you quickly see which days of the month have one or more tasks to complete, whether these are your tasks or tasks you've assigned. When a task is assigned to a day, a colored dot appears under that day. Clicking on a day in the calendar displays the to-do list.
In addition, when a task corresponds to a candidate, a link takes you directly to the relevant profile.
A candidate file
When a candidate is associated with one or more tasks, the list of tasks is visible from the candidate file.
