Easily standardize your collaborative recruitment processes with manager/client questionnaires and score your candidates automatically.
To obtain third-party feedback on applications, you can use the Forward function. You can attach a pre-formatted questionnaire to your request for advice.
Adding a questionnaire to a forward action
At the bottom of the email, you can select a questionnaire.
The third party (manager or customer) will then receive an email inviting them to consult the information provided and express their opinion by answering the questionnaire.
You can request multiple questionnaires within your Beetween account. All answers are saved in the Questionnaire tab of the candidate file.
Types of manager questionnaires
The default questionnaire: Basic (Yes/No)
The Basic questionnaire (Yes/No), as its name suggests, is a simplified request for opinion inviting you to give :
- A recommendation for potential hiring: Yes/No
- An optional comment
The recommended questionnaire: the interview report
Not included by default, the interview report will save you time in collaborative recruitment. Particularly useful when the recruiter is not the only one to meet the candidate during an interview, it helps to standardize the grading scale by pre-determining the questions and the associated possible answers.
👉 Good to know:
The real advantage of this type of questionnaire is that we can associate a score with each question. In this way, you can easily obtain an overall score for the candidate file. This grade will be visible on the candidate form, in the Questionnaire tab, as well as in the CV library.
The custom questionnaire
By default, only the basic questionnaire is associated with your account.
However, as indicated earlier in this tutorial, we can build one (or more) manager questionnaires totally tailored to your recruitment needs.
Automate the sending of maintenance reports
you can send invitations to candidates to attend an interview.
When sending this invitation, the recruiter chooses the date and time of the interview, so that the invitation can be integrated into an event that will automatically synchronize with the candidate's calendar / all the people copied.
In a customized configuration, our support team can automate the sending of an interview report questionnaire to all persons copied on the email.
These people will also receive the candidate's attachments and the notes entered by the recruiter, if so desired.
This feature saves time and eliminates the need for 2 separate operations:
- Send interview invitation to candidate + manager(s)
- Forward the candidate file + interview report questionnaire to the managers who will be attending the interview.
