Recruitment folder's publication report

The publication report lets you track the progress of your job offers on the various job portals. Let's take a look.

What are publication reports used for?

You can access your publication report in the "Jobs" section of the recruitment folder corresponding to your ad. This publication report shows the job boards on which you have published your ad since Beetween, the date of the last publication and the progress of the publication on each selected job board.

The figures correspond to the number of job offers in each status.

If you click on the 3 dots at the end of this line, you will find the link to the offer and the form generated automatically by Beetween. This link used to be in front of the offer title.

To view the detailed report, access the recruitment in question and click on the line of the job for which you wish to view the report.

This will open a detailed report of the vacancy, with a line for each job site selected at the time of posting, as well as the publication account used.

Each site has its own rhythm for integrating offers, so each line may not be at the same stage at the same time. But don't worry.

📌 Good to know:
The time taken can vary depending on the job portals: from 1 to 10 minutes for the fastest (Jobboards with API) and up to 24 hours for Jobboards with XML Feed)

By clicking on the three small dots at the end of each line, you can reset or delete a publication.

Definition of posting status

  • Online: online job offers are indicated by a green dot. Some job boards send us the URLs of the job offers and are therefore accessible so that you can consult your job offers directly on the job board.
👉 Others, such as free job metasearch engines, do not send us these URLs, but generally index the jobs we send them correctly. However, they reserve the right to put them online or not.
  • In progress: Offers are sent and are in the process of being validated by the job portals; the time taken to put them online may vary.
These offers are indicated by an orange dot.
  • In error : There may still be errors, such as terms not authorised by Indeed or incorrect identifiers. In this case, a small red key will appear. This allows you to return to the offer and modify it or change your login details.
    There are several possible scenarios:
👉 You can check your login details by trying to connect directly to your recruiter account on the site in question. If you are unable to log in, either you do not have a recruiter account on this job portal, or you have forgotten your login details.
In other cases, there may be a lack of credits or an insufficient number of slots: you will be informed of this and can contact your job board to take the necessary steps.
👉 You do not have sufficient broadcasting credits for the job sites in question.
This is a paid site for which you do not have or no longer have a valid contract.
👉 Do you have a current contract and valid publication tokens but the error persists? You can contact the Beetween support department.
These errors are indicated by a red dot.
  • Offline: Your offline offers remain visible and are marked with a grey dot.

📌 Good to know:

The Beetween support team monitors the broadcast status of all job offers: so you don't have to constantly check your publications.

If our services detect a broadcast error, the necessary steps will be taken in relation to the partner sites.
