Add a tracking code to the recruitment email address or application form

Do you manually post your job ads on job boards and want to track the origin of applications in your ATS? Now you can!

In Beetween, each application is source-tracked according to its origin, and on each candidate file you can see its source on the right-hand side.
In the example below, you can see that the application comes from Indeed.

applicant listing

If you use the application email address present in each recruitment file when you write a job advert manually on a job site to which we are not connected, the default source will be "Application".

Application tracking

There are a few things you can do to get the source.
Firstly, you can request a tracking code from our support team using this form: SET URL
You will need to specify the name of the job site or, if it is an internal distribution or any other means of distribution, the name you want to appear on the source.

💡Here is an example of a request you can make to our customer team:
Hello,
We currently post some of our job ads manually on [Name of local job board/job site] and would like a code to source applications from it.
Best regards,

Our team will do everything necessary to provide you with the code(s) you need.
In each Beetween's recruitment file, you will find an application email address.

Application Email

Once you have the tracking code, simply merge the two.

Your request concerns newjobboard.com

If the code obtained is 4ab and your email address is job-ref-v38r8kql57@emploi.beetween.com, all you have to do is insert it into the Beetween recruitment email address just before the @.

Ex:job-ref-v38r8kql574ab@emploi.beetween.com

Every application from this email address will be sourced to newjobboard.com

Then, when you write a job offer manually on a job board, when you fill in the application email, you can enter the Beetween email address incremented with the source code.
Some job boards allow you to enter a redirection URL rather than an email.
If you have already written and distributed the job offer from Beetween, an URL is available.
All you have to do is open the Beetween link for your job by clicking on the 3 little dots.

Job Ads

In the same way as with the Beetween application email, you can insert the tracking code at the end of the URL.

Example:

If your URL is: https://emploi.beetween.com/WeaselWeb/p/#/apply/job/1hjvnvn490

Then: https://emploi.beetween.com/WeaselWeb/p/#/apply/job/1hjvnvn4904ab
