The final chapter of our beginner's guide: Analyze your recruitment performance.
As statistics are fully customizable in the premium configuration, we'll only cover the default statistics here.
Statistics overview
The statistics overview is accessed via the side menu.
In the middle of the page, you'll find information about all your recruitments over a given period. You are free to define this period and Beetween will automatically output the data.
Ongoing recruitment: number of positions currently open
Pending CVs: number of CVs awaiting review (CVs contained in your various recruitment inboxes).
Inactive recruitments: number of recruitments without activity for more than 15 days.
You can easily filter the period you wish to consult by modifying the dates. By default, Beetween displays the last 30 days.
Please note that these dates correspond to the dates on which CVs are registered in Beetween!
This filter will automatically update the statistics developed below:
Each graph can be displayed in different modes, depending on your preference.
These detailed views show the following data:
Resume types: Type of application source for resumes received (ad response, identification / resume library, sourcing, etc.).
CV sources: Name of source of CVs received
Flow of resumes received: Number of resumes received
It is very likely that the number of CVs received will not equal the sum of CV sources if candidate files are created without source names.
A final section will give you an overview of the different hirings.
Analysis of CV sources and flows
Resume source and flow statistics enable you to analyze the quality of your recruitment process in depth. Resume sources will tell you how you received candidate information (Pôle Emploi, Indeed, Career site, Co-optation...). In addition, CV flows correspond to the conversion rates applied to the recruitment process.
As these data are more complex, we have prepared a dedicated article for you.
Hiring analysis
Hiring details allow you to keep track of who's been hired and who's been in charge of recruitment.
- Hiring date: date on which the applicant record was moved to the "hired" stage.
- Candidate: First and last name of candidate hired (with link to candidate file)
- Recruitment creation date : Date of creation of the recruitment file in which the applicant is located.
- Recruitment: Name of the recruitment file in which the candidate is located.
- Source: Name of application source (and type of application source)
- Recruiter: Name of the owner of the recruitment file in which the candidate record has been moved to the "hired" stage (or equivalent).
- Time to hire: number of days between the date of creation of the recruitment file and the date of hiring.
- Hiring duration: number of days between the date of arrival of the application in the recruitment file in which the candidate was hired, and the date of hiring.
Activity statistics
Activity statistics correspond to the number of applications moved to a given stage between 2 dates (based on the date the applications were moved).
These activity statistics are available in Beetween in the form of a CSV export, with results by week and by recruitment file.
To retrieve them, use the "Weekly activity" button above the recruitment table.
A pop-up window appears. You then need to choose an export start and end date, as well as a week start day. In this way, the CSV export will contain activity statistics by week and by recruitment between the selected period.
