It is now possible to add screener questions to job offers published on Indeed via Beetween.
This feature enables recruiters to filter applications more effectively by asking targeted questions at the start of the process. By attaching these questions to the Indeed job advert, Beetween helps recruiters to quickly identify the most qualified candidates, optimising recruitment time and improving the relevance of the applications received.

Attach the questionnaire to the recruitment file.
When you create or take over an existing recruitment file, you can activate an existing questionnaire so that it is sent to candidates who apply for the vacancy in the file.
Sending the questionnaire to Indeed.
When you are writing the job advert, select Indeed in the third step and an additional field will appear.
All you have to do is tick the box, and the questions in the questionnaire will be sent to Indeed and the candidate will have to answer them when applying without leaving Indeed.
Candidate's answers will be attached to each candidate file in PDF format.
Candidates who apply on other job sites for the same vacancy will receive this questionnaire with the acknowledgement of receipt sent by Beetween.
