Ask for a third party's opinion on a candidate and optimize your team recruitment with the forwarding function.
In the course of a recruitment process, you may need to seek the opinion of a third party: a line manager, a client-recruiter, another HR person... Find out how to transmit a candidate file easily.
Forward a single candidate form
From a candidate file, simply click on the "Forward" button to write your message in the same way as an e-mail, with a delivery address and subject. All the information on the form will be sent with the e-mail. At the bottom of the email, you can select whether or not you want to send information. What's more, as with any email, you can use pre-saved templates.
Forward several candidate files
From a recruitment stage, you can forward several files simultaneously. This is not possible from the CV library.
Select the candidates you are interested in and click on "Forward". Then write your e-mail in your usual way.
Information received by the third party
The third party simply receives an email with a link to consult the information sent, and give his or her opinion on the file. If the third party's email corresponds to a Beetween user's email, a link to the candidate's file will appear in addition.
As soon as the request for advice has been sent, a notification is left in the Forwarding tab of the candidate file. Once the notification has been validated, the status and score will be updated on the line.
📌 Good to know:
The third party to whom you forward the information is not necessarily a Beetween user. Be careful, then, to comply with RGPD standards, as you are sending the candidate's personal information, present in his or her CV, via this channel.
