The candidate file is an essential part of the Beetween platform.
The candidate file is one of the essential elements of the Beetween interface. These features enable you to qualify the candidate, communicate with him or her, and easily share all candidate-related information with your team members.
What's new?
The candidate file has been redesigned to offer you an even more enriching and innovative user experience.
A new and streamlined design
The page's structure is now more assertive and hierarchical, making it even easier to find candidate-related information.
Innovation for your qualification process
Beetween uses AI to give you a one-click summary of the candidate's profile.
Direct access to the candidate's CV
You can now access the candidate's CV directly from the candidate file. By default, the CV will be visible on the right-hand side of your candidate file.
Simply click on the "Documents" button if you wish to access the list of documents linked to the profile.
An enriched historic offering even more possibilities
Renamed Activity, and directly visible in the bottom left-hand corner of the form, the tab automatically tabulates all actions relating to the candidate.
Profile information section
Located in the top left-hand corner, this is where you'll find all the information relating to the candidate's identity (first name, last name, contact details), as well as essential information (source, duplication in other recruitments, date of profile update).
This section is also where you can move the candidate to another stage of the recruitment process (quick move and the Move/Copy button).
The menu at the top left of the profile insert allows you to perform various additional actions:
- View candidate availabilities (an on-demand feature that allows you to qualify your temporary or part-time candidates)
- Print candidate file
- Import the candidate contact to your smartphone
- Delete candidate file
Candidate qualification actions
The actions for qualifying the candidate are structured in different tabs.
The first tab, entitled"Activities", and open by default, lists all the activities linked to the candidate. You can also add a comment and mention another Beetween user. It's a good way to draw your colleagues' attention to the candidate since the mention of their name triggers an email notification.
This is also where you communicate with the candidate by sending :
- an e-mail with or without questionnaire
- a interview request
- a text message
You can go even further in qualifying your candidate with the Notes, Tags, and Pre-selection tools tabs.
The Forward tab lets you forward the candidate file to your colleagues, along with any related documents.
AI-enhanced quick notes
This insert allows you to make a quick note of the information you feel is most relevant to identifying and qualifying the candidate.
By clicking on Generate CV summary, you can now obtain a summary of the CV generated by AI.
Documents
To go straight to what interests you first, the "Documents" insert displays the candidate's CV by default.
To find all the documents linked to the candidate file, all it takes is a simple click on the Documents button at the top of the CV.
