Receive your applications in Beetween when you publish your vacancies manually.

If you post some of your job ads manually and would like to receive your applications in Beetween, there are two methods. Here's how.

There are two ways of receiving applications in Beetween when you publish your jobs manually.

1. The recruitment file email address.

Each recruitment file in Beetween has an application email address.

This address is simply available in the "Jobs" tab of your files.

All you have to do is click on Copy the address and enter this address when you write the job advert on the jobboard.

Applications will arrive in your inbox just like any other application.

🚨Some job boards no longer send us CVs with applications (Indeed)

If you want to know where your applications come from in the case of manual distribution, I invite you to read this article: Add a tracking code to the recruitment email address or application form

2. The application form for a job ad already created in Beetween.

When a job ad is written and published in Beetween, an application form is automatically generated for each job.

This form is used by certain job boards.

It is therefore available when the job is active in Beetween.

In your recruitment folder, in the Jobs tab, next to the job title is an icon in the shape of a chain.

Clicking on it will open a page with an application form.

On compatible sites, you can use this URL to redirect candidates to this form.

More often than not, the field to be filled in when you write an advert manually is Application Url.

In the same way as the application email, you can insert a tracking code.
