How do you access your Beetween account if you have a wrong login or password?
What should I do if I can't log in to my Beetween account?Do you have a problem with your login and/or password? The answer is here!
There are several possible causes for a login and/or password problem: either they're wrong, or you're experiencing a problem with your browser, or the URL you're trying to use to log in is wrong.
💥 If you are using Internet Explorer, please change your browser immediately.
Indeed, Microsoft has not kept this browser up to date for several years, and it suffers from numerous security flaws and compatibility problems as a result.
Step 1: Check the connection URL
The login URL varies according to the recency and type of your account.
Today, you connect either :
- on https://software9.beetween.com/WeaselWeb/in/dashboard
- on https://software11.beetween.com/WeaselWeb/in/dashboard
Depending on your credentials, you should be automatically redirected to the right URL, regardless of the link you used.
A browser problem may prevent this redirection. Feel free to change your browser before continuing.
For Gold plan holders, if you created your Beetween account after December 1, 2019, your login address must begin with https://software11....
Step 2: Check your login and password
First of all, we need to check that the information entered is correct.
To do so, please click on "forgot password" on the login page and enter your user's email address.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
Step 3: Update your browser
Your login details have been verified (password reset) but the connection still doesn't work.
As Beetween is SaaS software, problems may arise with use (and therefore also with connection) if your browser is not up to date.
