1st steps #5: Candidate path and application management

Chapter 5 of our beginner's guide: Manage the application flow and optimize the candidate path.

Receiving applications

Reception in Beetween

As we saw in step 1, each recruitment has its own inbox (with an associated e-mail address). Each application received will be recorded in the Recruitment Inbox stage.
As the candidate progresses through the recruitment process, move his or her file to the appropriate stage. This will make it easier for you to manage your recruitment. What's more, using the recruitment stages will give you reliable statistics.

Receiving on a mailbox

Are you a low-volume recruiter who prefers to receive applications by e-mail? It's perfectly possible!

Please do not include your e-mail address directly in the ad!

If the applications are not saved in Beetween, you will not be able to :

  • Record e-mail exchanges with candidates
  • Centralize all documents related to a candidate
  • Obtain reliable recruitment statistics

To avoid these inconveniences, we've set up the Applicant Transfer function. It will allow you to receive the application on a given e-mail box as soon as it is received in Beetween.

Automatic responses

Using software is all about saving time. One effective method is to set up automatic responses. What's more, confirming receipt of an application is an essential step in managing an employer brand.
In Beetween, each applicant automatically receives a confirmation e-mail as soon as his or her application is received.

Your Beetween platform offers 2 pre-registered models:

  • Reply to a current offer
  • Reply to an application for an expired offer (offer archived, filled...)

You can of course modify and customize these templates.
To do this, simply go to Settings & Automatic replies.
