The interview proposal is an essential step in the recruitment process. Let's see how to set them up in Beetween.
In any recruitment process, you should consider meeting the candidate face-to-face at some point. Beetween lets you send your interview invitations (or modification notifications) by email. These emails will suggest that the candidate save the appointment directly in their digital agenda.
Send an interview proposal to a candidate
The interview proposal is sent by email. To do this, go to the candidate file and click on the Interview tab.
Select the date, time and duration of your appointment. Then fill in the rest of the email content. To save time, we invite you to create and use templates with variables.
Send an interview proposal to several candidates simultaneously
Access the list of candidates either by going to your CV library, or by going to the relevant recruitment stage, then select the candidates by ticking the box in front of their photo.
Then click on Interview in the action bar above the list of candidates. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can write your message. Once you've filled in the content, click on Send.
Modify or delete a scheduled service
Once maintenance has been scheduled, it cannot be modified or deleted. To do this, you need to send a new email to the candidate (with an interview proposal if it's a modification, or without if it's a cancellation). In this case, we advise you to leave a brief note in the file history to keep a record of this modification (or cancellation). In fact, all interview proposals are recorded in the file.
