Who are Beetween's test partners?

Beetween enables you to collect in a single place the results obtained from the tests offered by our partners, as well as the answers obtained from the Beetween candidate questionnaires (if you have sent any to your candidates).

So, at a glance, you have access to valuable information about your candidates, which can help you in your decision-making process.

Beetween's test partners include, among others:

  • VisioTalent (by CleverConnect);
  • iCIMS Video Studio (former EasyRecrue);
  • Central Test;
  • AssessFirst;
  • InterviewApp;
  • WeSuggest;
  • Goshaba, etc…

How to ask a candidate to take a test?

In Beetween, there are two ways to ask a candidate to take a test (or answer a candidate questionnaire):

From a recruitment folder

From a recruitment folder, go to the "Evaluation" tab; you can then select a test to send to your candidates. To do so, click on the "New evaluation" button; a pop-up window appears, allowing you to select the type of questionnaire to send to your candidate.

💡 If you click on "Beetween", you will be redirected to the "Questionnaire" tab of the recruitment folder, in order to save a candidate questionnaire to be sent in the application acknowledgement. To find out more about candidate questionnaires, click here.

When you click on the name of the test partner of your choice, a list of the different tests and questionnaires available is displayed; all you have to do is choose the one you want to send to your candidates.

📌 By default, the test will be sent to your candidates when they reach the "Inbox" stage of your recruitment.

Once you've selected your test, you'll be redirected to the "Evaluation" tab of your recruitment folder, where you'll see a table of the tests and questionnaires you've set up for this recruitment.

Here you'll find test names, evaluation types (test partner name or Beetween questionnaire), the sending stage and the "Actions" column, which allows you to delete a test if necessary. Finally, in the top left-hand corner of the table, you can sort the tests you've set up by partner.

From a candidate file

From a candidate's file, you also have access to a tab entitled "Evaluation". Here you'll find a "+ Send evaluation" button, which allows you, just as in a recruitment folder, to choose a test partner, a test, and send it to the candidate.

📌 To send a Beetween questionnaire to a candidate from their file, you must use the "E-mail" or "Interview" tabs. The candidate questionnaire sent in this way will still be listed in the table in the "Evaluation" tab.

A new table brings together the evaluations sent to the candidate, giving you their name, type, status and the score obtained by the candidate (we'll come back to this below). You can search for a particular evaluation by name using the search bar, or sort the table entries by Status or Score.

Where can I find test results?

Candidates' test results can be seen in different places and ways:

From a list of candidates, in summary form

From a list of candidates, i.e. from the list of candidates present in a recruitment stage, or from Beetween's "Candidates" tab for example, a small icon is displayed to the right of the candidate's insert (under the name of the source of his/her application), indicating with a colored dot the number of tests sent to this candidate.

Clicking on this icon opens a pop-up window containing the names of the tests sent, their types, statuses and the scores obtained by the candidate for each. If you click on a name or score, you'll be redirected to the candidate's file, which we'll look at below.

⚠️ From the "Candidates" tab, when you click on the icon, all the questionnaires and tests sent to the candidate, across all recruitments, are displayed. If you do not have access to all recruitments in which the candidate is present, some tests and results will be unavailable to you.

From a candidate file, in full

From a candidate file, in the "Evaluation" tab, you can access the scores obtained by the candidate. By clicking on a test score, a pop-up containing detailed test results appears.

By clicking on a test name, if the test has generated a .pdf file from the candidate's results, this document is displayed in the "CV & Documents" tab on the right-hand side of your screen. This is also where you will be redirected by clicking on a test name or score from a list of candidates.
